Pastoral Message

Pastor Sam Massengill reflects on Romans 5:20 ("Where sin abounds, grace abounds all the more"), discussing incarnation, atonement, and teachings of theologians such as Augustine, Calvin, and Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

Session Highlights (May 5, 2026)

• Membership: Received the Confirmation Class of 2026. The next new member class is scheduled for late September.
• Finances: Treasurer Bruce Mitchell presented a financial summary.
• Outreach: Approved the mission partner budget allocation, featuring a presentation from Good Shepherd.
• Worship: Approved baptisms for Chiara Arielle and Chantelle Arabella Borchert (May 24) and Anthony John DeMaria (June 28).
• Upcoming: A congregational meeting was held on May 10 to elect officers. A Joint Board Meeting is scheduled for June 2, 2026.

Schedule & Events

• Summer Worship: Starting June 14, services are at 9:00 AM (Historic Church) and 11:00 AM (Ettenger Hall).
• Strawberry Social: June 7, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Historic Church.
